Durgesh Karande

Durgesh Karande is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Partner at TalentAhead India Pvt. Ltd. since May 2025, Durgesh previously held the role of Head - Talent Acquisition at NTT Global Networks from January 2018 to February 2025. Prior to that, Durgesh was the Director at TalentAhead from April 2014 to December 2017 and served as Assistant Vice President at Polaris Financial Technology Limited between August 2010 and March 2014.
