Deep Deshpande is the founder and CFO of [Talentburst](/org/talentburst). Deep has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to [Talentburst](/org/talentburst), they were the director of TMP Worldwide/Hudson Global Resources. During their time at TMP, they were responsible for running the operations of the organization and heading the six-month integration process with TMP Worldwide. In 2003, they took over as Director of the 15 million business unit formerly known as People.com.

Before their time at TMP, Deshpande was a financial analyst at The Stanley Works. Deep started as an intern at Stanleys professional tools division, Mac Tools. Deep was responsible for the performance analysis of 120 distributors based out of their region. The program has since been a success and has 90% of the distributors.

Deshpande has a proven track record of success in the staffing and recruiting industry. Their experience will be a valuable asset to [Talentburst](/org/talentburst) as they continue to grow and expand their business.

Namrata Anand is the EVP, Global Strategy Leader at [Talentburst](/org/talentburst). Namrata has over 15 years of experience in developing and executing marketing and business strategies. Namrata has a proven track record in building successful partnerships with both small and large organizations.

Anand started their career as a Partnership Manager at Multitech International, where they were responsible for developing and executing marketing and business strategies. Namrata then moved on to become the National Advertising Sales Director at Indus Business Journal, where they were responsible for developing strategies to obtain targeted market information related to business behavior and trends in the South Asian/ Asian Indian business community in the United States.

Paul Sanford is the Senior Vice President of Global Recruitment at [Talentburst](/org/talentburst). Paul has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, and has held positions at some of the top companies in the world. 

Paul started their career in 1994 as an International Recruiter at [Bryant University](/org/bryant-university). Paul then moved to Pinkerton Computer Consultants in 2000, where they were promoted to Director of Recruiting. In 2006, [Kforce](/org/kforce) acquired Pinkerton, and Paul continued to work for them until 2011. 

In January 2011, Paul joined NTT DATA Services as the Vice President of Recruiting Strategic Staffing for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and India. Paul was responsible for overseeing all of recruiting for the Strategic Staffing Business Unit. During their time at NTT DATA, Paul established recruiting centers in Nova Scotia, UK and built an offshore delivery team in Noida India from the ground up. 

In December 2020, Paul left NTT DATA Services to join [Talentburst](/org/talentburst) as the Senior Vice President of Global Recruitment. In this role, they are responsible for leading [Talentburst](/org/talentburst)’s global recruitment efforts.

Heather Hammond is the Director of HR North America at [Talentburst](/org/talentburst). Heather has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held various positions at different companies. Heather started their career as a management trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Heather then became a client service supervisor at Spherion Staffing and later an account manager at Guidant Group, Inc. In May 2013, they joined HireGenics as a program director and managed the payroll needs at Baxter Healthcare. Heather left HireGenics in July 2017 to become a stay-at-home mom. Heather rejoined the workforce in September 2018 when they were appointed as the Director of HR North America at [Talentburst](/org/talentburst).
