Juho Oranen

Juho Oranen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Juho is the CEO and Co-Founder of Talentbyte, a company that matches IT professionals with career opportunities. Juho is also a Board Member of Half and Half Events, the organizer of Helsinki Drink Festival.

In 2009, Juho co-founded OFRD, a company specializing in sales promotions, events, and exhibitions. Juho served as the Co-Founder & Chairman, as well as the CEO from 2010 to 2013.

In 2014, they co-founded Future Dialog, which was later acquired. Future Dialog focuses on citizen involvement in city development through co-creation.

Juho also had roles in the dating app industry. Juho was the CMO of DISCOTEC, a group formed through a merger between Klip and eCift. Klip, of which Juho was a co-founder, is a video dating app.

Furthermore, Juho was a co-founder of SHUUT app, a video-based marketing startup, and a Board Member of Hanken Entrepreneurship Society.

Earlier in their career, Juho worked as an Export Coordinator for Oy Hartwall Ab, a subsidiary of the Heineken Group. Juho was responsible for various tasks related to export management.

Juho Oranen began their education at Deutsche Schule Helsinki, where they obtained their Reifeprufung degree in 2004. Juho later attended International University Audentes from 2005 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business. In 2005, they also attended WSE, where they obtained a CPE degree in English. Afterwards, from 2009 to 2011, Juho pursued a Master of Science in Economics, specializing in Marketing, at Hanken School of Economics. In 2011, they completed a Brand Leadership program at Markkinointi-instituutti.
