From 2019 to 2021, Jalen worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Spring Branch ISD, configuring and refurbishing teacher laptops and handling repair tickets. Currently, Jalen is a Software Support Analyst at Talentcare, where they monitor the help desk, triage and resolve software issues, and identify patterns in customer inquiries. Jalen Watson's education history begins in 2014 at Westchester Academy for International Studies, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
