Peter Schoof

Peter Schoof has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Peter is currently the CEO at talent::digital since 2023. Previously, they held the position of Senior-Partner at Goll Consulting GmbH starting in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Peter worked at Thurn Germany GmbH as the Geschäftsführer, where they successfully led the restructuring of two locations, implemented a strategic realignment, achieved exponential growth, and acquired and integrated a fluid plant. Prior to that, they held senior positions at Deutsche Post DHL, Deutsche Post DHL Group, Daimler, DaimlerChrysler AG, Mercedes-Benz South Africa, and Mercedes-Benz AG, where they contributed to various HR and controlling initiatives.

Peter Schoof completed their education at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1986 to 1991. Peter obtained a Magister degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
