Jeremy Baras

Jeremy Baras currently serves as the Executive Senior Partner and GTM Practice Lead at Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing since September 2025, in addition to being an Advisory Board Member at Fullcast since February 2024. Prior roles include Managing Director at Hunt Club from May 2021 to September 2025, Director of Partnerships at MassChallenge from 2019 to 2020, and Director of Retail Development at Brookfield Properties between 2016 and 2018. Jeremy co-founded and served as CEO of PopUp Republic from 2012 to 2016 and began a career in ticket sales with the Boston Red Sox from 2010 to 2012. Academically, Jeremy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business (2022), a Certificate in Leadership & Management from Wharton Online (2022 - Present), and a Bachelor of Science in Community Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont (2010).
