Previously, Richard held roles as Associate Partner and Senior Executive Recruiter, focusing on high-growth companies in marketing, sales, and technology. Prior to joining Talentfoot, Richard worked as an Executive Recruiter and Senior Associate at Exiger, handling comprehensive public records research, and as a consultant specializing in information science and adverse media screening. Richard's career also includes significant experience in library services, having held various positions at Emory University and other academic institutions. Richard holds a Master of Divinity from Emory University, a Master of Library & Information Science from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Philosophy from Thiel College.
