Alice Glen (née Roper) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and client success across various sectors, including technology, banking, and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Talentful since May 2016, Alice has held key positions such as VP of Client Success and Managing Partner. Concurrently, Alice is the Head of Talent and Client Success Director at Be Alice's Lead and has served on the board of Octopus Investments.
