Ally Gottlieb

Ally Kvidera Gottlieb is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various recruiting roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Talentful since September 2025, Ally previously held the same position at Sierra for a brief period in September 2025. Prior experience includes significant tenure at Allina Health from April 2023 to August 2025 as a Talent Acquisition Program Owner and Specialist. At Affirm, from March 2021 to February 2023, Ally focused on recruiting for Growth Analytics, Quantitative Markets, and Risk departments as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
