Kapil Kumar is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across talent partnership and advisory positions. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner for APAC at Talentful, Kapil is instrumental in scaling operations in the region. As a Global Talent Advisor for Funded.club, Kapil collaborates closely with startup founders and executive teams to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, Kapil co-founded The ClearPath, focusing on fostering positive work environments through evidence-based services. Previous experience includes key positions at Auckland Transport, Delphi Consulting Middle East, and Ingram Micro, demonstrating a strong background in the technology and consulting sectors.
