Micaela Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Psychologist and Therapeutic Companion for Grupo CRE, focusing on disabilities and children. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Psychologist within the Outsourcing HR Consulting firm Chavez Pasz, where they were responsible for screening resumes, onboarding/offboarding, managing employee vacation and licenses, and organizing team-building activities.
