Nivedita Pendharkar

Nivedita Pendharkar has extensive experience in the software industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Talentica Software since January 2012, where previous roles included Senior Development Manager, Development Manager, and Team Lead. Prior to Talentica, Nivedita worked at Aptude Inc as a Programmer Analyst from 2007 to September 2010, and held the position of Project Leader at Wipro Technologies from September 2005 to 2007. Nivedita began a career in technology as a System Analyst at Satyam Computers, where employment spanned from July 2000 to July 2005. Nivedita holds a degree from REC (NIT) Surat.
