Sarmistha Das

Sarmistha Das has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Sarmistha started their career as a Trainee Animator at Inddriyan Media works Pvt. Ltd in 2011. Then, they worked as a 3D Animator at Broadvision Perspective Pvt.Ltd from 2012 to 2013, where they were responsible for managing daily mail highlights, training sessions, and delivering reports. Sarmistha then joined Tech Mahindra as an Associate in 2014, where they analyzed faults and issues from Telecom Suppliers using various tools and generated reports. In 2015, Sarmistha joined Talentica Software as a Senior Executive - Operations, performing audit checks on premium advertisers and working on alerts and API URLs. Sarmistha later became a Specialist - Operations in the same company, and currently holds the position of Lead - Operations since April 2018, where they lead a team of 5 associates in an Ad Operations Team, tracking KRA metrics, mentoring new team members, evaluating business transactions, and performing programmatic billing, among other responsibilities.

Sarmistha Das completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from St Xavier's Toonskool Kolkata, which took place from 2007 to 2010.
