Lucas Magroski

Lucas Magroski's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as a part-time consultant for Melon Tech and as the head of Nogg Comércio e Empreendimentos Tecnológicos LTDA. In 2013, they became the director of technology at Xseeds, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, Lucas has been the chief technology officer at Talentify.io, where they lead the creation of captivating hiring experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams using their exclusive Results-as-a-Service platform.

Lucas Magroski pursued their education in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Campina Grande from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. In July 2021, they also obtained a Product Executive Certificate from Product School.
