Leonardo Furlan

Leonardo Furlan has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Leonardo is currently the Head of Business Applications at Talent since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Hudson from 2019 to 2024, holding various roles including Director of Development - flexhive Core, Director of Technology - Digital and Business, and Senior Solutions Architect. From 2014 to 2019, Leonardo worked at PageGroup where they served as Operating Director of the Digital Portfolio and Delivery Hub, Head of Digital Hub - Global, and Head of Technical Delivery - AsiaPac. Leonardo also worked at Michael Page International as a Technology Architect and Development Manager - Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2014. Their earliest experience was at Alcatel Australia as a Development Team Leader in 2000 and at Alcatel Italia as a Software Engineer from 1997 to 2000.

Leonardo Furlan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Automatic Systems Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2018, PRINCE2 Practitioner from PeopleCert in June 2018, and TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect from The Open Group in 2010.
