Jeff Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jeff is the founder of Talentism, a company that works with startups, PE-backed management teams, and large enterprises to help them achieve growth and build continuous learning cultures. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Recruiting at Bridgewater Associates. Jeff also worked at Dolby as the Vice President of HR Solutions, where they created and led the HR Solutions group. Jeff was the Publisher and Editor of Talentist.com, which was recognized as the "Best Blog of 2004" by Recruiting.com. Jeff held leadership positions at Electronic Arts, where they started as the Director of Talent Strategy and later launched the Business Solutions group and revitalized EA University. Additionally, they co-founded Dashnote, a web service that enabled users to provide feedback on web pages, and was the founder of Talent Unconference. Jeff also served as an Advisory Board Member for Simply Hired, Inc. and was the Co-Founder and President of Employment Engineering Inc., which provided innovative software and services for employment systems. Their earliest role was as the Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Euphorion, where they developed and implemented software frameworks and methodologies for large-scale enterprise applications.

Jeff Hunter attended Occidental College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a BA degree in Philosophy and History.
