Matthew Lyon, MBA, CPA has had a successful career spanning several decades. Matthew began their career in 1982 at Grant Thornton, where they worked as a Manager for eight years. In 1990, they joined KPMG as a Senior Manager until 1992.

In 1992, Lyon became the Chief Financial Officer at Technical Consumer Products, a position they held for over a decade until 2003. Following this, they joined TalentLaunch in 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer. In May 2021, they transitioned into the role of Corporate Development Officer at the same company.
