Steve Morin has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Steve is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at TalentLaunch, where they oversee the IT organization responsible for providing exceptional IT service to the network of staffing and recruitment firms across the country.

Prior to joining TalentLaunch, Steve worked at Salesforce for four years. As the Vice President IT M&A, they led a team dedicated to IT merger and acquisition activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate strategic acquisitions. Steve also enhanced the IT M&A Playbook to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of integration processes.

Before their tenure at Salesforce, Steve was the CIO at Demandware, a company acquired by Salesforce in 2016. Steve played a crucial role in integrating Demandware into Salesforce, ensuring a smooth transition.

Steve's experience also includes serving as the first CIO at Demandware, where they implemented a rapid transformation and scaling of the IT organization to support aggressive business growth. Steve was responsible for managing the global IT team across multiple countries.

Additionally, Steve worked at Microsoft as part of the Enterprise Strategy and Architecture team. Steve also served as a Principal IT Management Consultant and held the position of CIO at Bright Horizons and Advantage Technical Resourcing.

Steve began their career at CVSPharmacy and later worked at GTE Internetworking (now Verizon) as the Director of Enterprise Systems.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in IT management, strategic planning, M&A integration, and scaling IT organizations.

Steve Morin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Science from Salem State University from 1976 to 1980. Steve then pursued French Language and Literature studies at the University of Caen in Normandy, France from 1980 to 1981. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northeastern University from 1997 to 1999.
