Lana Džoja

Lana Džoja began their work experience in 2016 as a Recruitment Assistant at Manpower. In 2017, they became a Teacher Assistant at Juraj Dobrila University of Pula, where they worked until 2019. In 2021, Lana joined TalentLyft as a Business Development Representative, and in 2022, they were promoted to the role of Business Development Team Lead.

Lana Džoja obtained their Master's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Juraj Dobrila University of Pula between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at the same university from 2016 to 2019.
