Nikola Biondic

Nikola Biondic is an experienced engineer and HR consultant with a strong background in software development and technical expertise. As the Owner of Hidden Talent since April 2022, Nikola focuses on optimizing processes and driving growth within the SaaS sector. Additionally, as Co-Founder and CTO of TalentLyft since September 2015, Nikola has been responsible for the technical development of the software. Previous roles include Software Developer at HRPro d.o.o. from August 2012 to August 2016, where Nikola contributed to core application features and API development, and a Junior Developer position focused on HR management software. Earlier career experiences include sales and service desk roles at Hrvatski Telekom and an internship at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, where Nikola developed an internal application for mobile network data synchronization.
