Martin Mason

Martin Mason has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Martin is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Talent Mapper, a SaaS technology platform provider that uses AI technology to transform talent management practices in organizations. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of Unleashed, a talent and inclusion management business, where they focused on improving productivity and creating a positive work culture. Martin also founded The Arena Network, a social network aimed at promoting inclusivity and positive change. Martin held a leadership position as the Global Head of Talent and Performance at The Body Shop, where they developed and implemented a talent management strategy. Before that, Martin was the Head of Learning and Development at Wolseley and held multiple roles at Halfords, including Group Leadership and Talent Development Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Instructional Designer. Their experience includes developing training programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing retail stores.

Martin Mason obtained a Diploma in HRD Management with a focus on Learning & Development from CIPD during the years 2012-2014. Martin also attended Coventry University to study Law, although the specific dates and degree obtained are not provided.
