In 2013, Jonathan leveraged his 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and extensive knowledge in business development and operations to co-found TalentNet.

Before that, Jonathan founded one of Canada’s largest recruitment companies which continues to receive recognition as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies since beginning operations in 2004.
