Sumit Kumar

Sumit Kumar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Talentnook, a previous company of his. Sumit has also worked for Burns & McDonnell, ARB, Inc., and Black & Veatch as a Project Controls Manager. For each company, they were responsible for developing teams of cost and schedule planners, managing program controls operations, coordinating with internal and external teams, identifying risks and opportunities, forecasting capital budgets, and more. Sumit has also helped with the development of dashboards and reporting for executive projects, as well as assisted with contract management, process development, and invoicing. In addition to their work in project management, Sumit Kumar is also experienced in hiring and administration, and has mentored project teams in the past.

Sumit Kumar has a Master of Science in Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Architecture from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Sumit also has a certification from AACEI in Certified Cost Professional.
