Isabelle Chai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and machine learning. Currently serving as the Lead Product / ML Scientist at Talentpair since January 2022, Isabelle previously co-founded WeR.AI, where the role of Cofounder and Lead ML Scientist was held from January 2018 to June 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Data Scientist at Apttus and as a Data Strategist / Data Scientist at Cisco, where responsibilities encompassed sales forecasting, sentiment analysis, and digital marketing predictions.
