Jakob Kelstrup

Jakob Kelstrup is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment with extensive experience across various sectors, particularly in IT and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Business Developer at TalentPeople A/S, Jakob acts as a trusted advisor on HR partnering and outsourcing. Previously, Jakob held the position of Director - Head of Talent Acquisition at Solita, overseeing talent acquisition strategy and process development. Jakob's career also includes roles at twoday Denmark, Twins Consulting Denmark, and Randstad, among others, where expertise in recruitment management and client relations was demonstrated.
