Carson McGill

Carson McGill currently serves as an Assistant Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services and has extensive experience in performance arts as an Actor Model with TalentPlus for over 10 years, showcasing skills in musical theatre, commercials, plays, and short films while being vocally trained in classical opera and musical theatre. Previous professional roles include Client Manager at The Standard, where effective relationships were built, and Assistant Manager of Kids Academy at Life Time Inc., focusing on team management and customer service. Carson also excelled as an Account Manager at State Farm, consistently leading monthly sales, served as Regional Director at BBYO managing a program for over 250 teens, and played a pivotal role in training at Coltons Steak House & Grill, opening multiple new locations. As Executive Director of Children's Theatre at Center On The Square, significant growth and community engagement were achieved through innovative programming and successful grant applications. Carson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Relations from Harding University.
