Lindsay Douglas

Lindsay Douglas is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in fitness, media, and marketing. Currently serving as a RowHouse Coach at Row House and an Indoor Cycling Instructor at CycleBar, Lindsay also operates as a TV Host for TalentPlus, covering sports, entertainment, and industrials. Previous roles include Account Manager at Foodsby, Campaign Host for General Mills' "Cheerios One Million Acts of Good," and spokesperson for several high-profile brands, including Nutridiet and Mad Dogg Athletics®. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Kansas, Lindsay has effectively combined a passion for fitness and media in various capacities since 2010.
