Daniel Wells has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel began their career as a Physical Education Teacher at John Mason School from 2008 to 2010. Daniel then transitioned into the corporate world and worked as an Account Manager at British Gas Business from 2010 to 2012, where they managed large UK business accounts. Daniel also worked as a Query Specialist at British Gas Business from 2012 to 2013.
In 2013, Daniel joined Progressive Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, where they provided recruitment solutions to various sectors and markets. Daniel then moved on to Henderson Scott in 2014, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the placement of Permanent Candidates within the Business Intelligence and Analytics space.
Daniel worked as a Senior Account Manager at Harnham from 2015 to 2017, the largest specialist data and analytics recruitment consultancy in the world. Daniel then joined RED - The Global SAP Solutions Provider in 2017 as a Global Key Account Manager, helping organizations leverage their SAP investment to unlock competitive advantage.
Most recently, Daniel has been associated with Talent Point since 2018. Daniel initially served as the Learning and Development Manager from 2018 to 2019 and then as the Head of People and Development from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People, leading their internal and external people efforts.
Daniel Wells received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Hons in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Wolverhampton University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Oxford Community School and obtained their GCSE/A-Levels between 1996 and 2001. In addition, they recently obtained the CIPD Level 5 HR Management certification from Avado in 2022.
