Tobias Weier

Tobias Weier is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a strong background in managing recruitment processes and leading teams. Currently serving as Manager Recruitment at Talent&Pro since February 2020, Tobias oversees the recruitment performance for six business units and manages a team of nine Corporate Recruiters and additional student sources. Previous roles include People Manager responsible for around 40 IT specialists at Talent&Pro, as well as directing acquisition at Stichting KEI, where Tobias was accountable for a significant portion of the organization's budget. An educational foundation in Human Resource Management from Hanze and Psychology from the University of Groningen complements Tobias's professional experience across various organizations, including roles in HR analysis, recruitment, and promotions.
