Kelly Madison

Kelly Madison has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly started their career at Cap Gemini as a Production Assistant and later became a Recruiting Coordinator. Kelly then joined HRS/Towers Perrin as a Proposal Manager before moving up to the role of Associate and Analyst. Kelly spent the majority of their time at HRS/Towers Perrin as an Account Manager. In 2011, they joined TalentQuest as a Client Relationship Manager and later became the Director of Client Success. Currently, Kelly works at Corcentric as a Customer Journey Manager, and recently they were promoted to the role of Sr Manager, Customer Success.

Kelly Madison earned their Bachelor's degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
