Aya ElGebeely

Aya ElGebeely has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2011, they started their career at IBM, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and later, as a Project Delivery Manager. At IBM, they specialized in globalization and Bidi support and process automation. In 2013, they joined SeGateam as a Research Fellow, focusing on performance coaching, coach training, and process improvement. Aya then moved on to become the Head of Engineering at 360imaging in 2016, where they mentored development teams and coached team members on working with a customized lean Scrum process. In 2017, they worked at Kashier as a Software Delivery Manager, contributing to building a competitive FinTech company and implementing secure coding practices. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Squads Manager at Instabug. Aya co-founded Digital Bridges in 2019, serving as the CTO and building InsurTech solutions. Aya also worked at Beyond Solution LLC as the Chief Technology Officer from 2019 to 2022. In 2021, they joined Pravica as a Consulting CTO. Finally, in 2019, they founded Talents Arena and serves as the Founder and Managing Director.

Aya ElGebeely obtained their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Cairo University, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Pre M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Cairo University, completing it in 2010. Aya also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Information Systems, which they obtained from Cairo University in 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Aya ElGebeely has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a HIPAA Associate through HIPAA training. In 2018, they completed the Direct Support Professional - Specialist in Positive Behavior Support certification offered by the Positive Discipline Association. Aya ElGebeely also holds the certification of ICP - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile, which they earned in 2017. In the same year, they became a Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional through Pluralsight. In 2016, they obtained the Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from SeGa Group and completed The Art and Practice of Coaching with the International Coach Federation. Aya ElGebeely's certifications also include the IBM Certified Solution Advisor - Cloud Computing Architecture V3, which they obtained in 2014 from Pearson VUE.
