Emil H. Balle is an experienced professional with a strong background in culture, talent development, and leadership coaching. As the Owner of Soar Development since February 2024, Balle continues to influence organizational culture and people management. Balle has served as a Partner at Talents Unlimited since December 2018 and held key positions at HelloFresh from May 2021 to March 2024, including Director of Culture and People Nordics and Head of Culture and People Nordics. Additionally, Balle was Special Advisor to the CEO at GOODIEBOX, where responsibilities included executive recruiting and leadership development from December 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes Global Head of Feedback at TT38 Denmark and TT38 ApS, as well as roles at Corporate Engagement. Balle's educational background includes attendance at Dragør Skole.
