John Shiles

John Shiles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. John is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at talentsconnect AG since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Exactag, where they held the positions of Advisor and SVP Products from November 2014 to April 2021. In 2013, they served as the Head of Product Management at QUISMA - a GroupM company. From 2007 to 2013, John held multiple roles at Experian Marketing Services, including Head of Technology EMEA, Director of Product Management, and Product Manager for CheetahMail. Before that, they worked as the CTO at Base 16 Consulting, Inc. from 2003 to 2007 and as a Software Engineer at Roanoke Technology Corp. from 2001 to 2003.

John Shiles obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University from 1997 to 2001. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, John has also obtained several certifications, including the Applied Data Science with Python Specialization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Applied Plotting, Charting & Data Representation in Python, Functional Programming in Scala Specialization, and Big Data Analysis with Scala and Spark from Coursera. The certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2019.
