Maruan Zitawi has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Maruan started their career in 2010 at Day Night Sports GmbH, where they served as a Site Manager for seven years. During this time, they successfully managed operations, drove company growth through the acquisition of master contract partners, and demonstrated strong leadership skills in employee selection and management. Maruan also handled reporting and budgeting responsibilities.
In 2017, Maruan joined salesjob GmbH, initially as a Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new customers and looking after existing clients. Later, they transitioned into the role of Site Manager, where they displayed strategic planning and budgeting abilities, as well as site development expertise.
Maruan joined ADP in 2020 as a District Sales Manager. In this role, they independently handled the sale of software and outsourcing services to internationally operating companies. Maruan was responsible for preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth go-live phase for projects.
From 2021 to 2023, Maruan worked at movingimage as a Senior Account Executive. Here, they were responsible for sales of SaaS solutions to Enterprises in Europe. Maruan successfully performed C-level presentations, demos, and closings, while also strategically handling RFPs and RFQs. Maruan led and managed cross-functional project teams and maintained successful stakeholder relationships.
Most recently, Maruan joined talentsconnect AG in 2023 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Maruan Zitawi completed their education at VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium from 2013 to 2017, obtaining a degree in Betriebswirt with a field of study in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Maruan also obtained additional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP ®) from the Project Management Institute in May 2023, a Leadership Seminar from Haufe Akademie in May 2019, and the IHK Ausbildereignung certification from IHK Gießen-Friedberg | Wirtschaftsfachwirt in February 2014.
