Narmadha Rajaram

Narmadha Rajaram currently serves as the Lead of Talent Acquisition at Talentship since December 2022, following a role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Altimetrik from February 2022 to December 2022. Prior to this, Narmadha held the position of Branch Head in Chennai at EDGE Executive Search Pvt. Ltd from February 2019 to February 2022, and worked as an Assistant Team Lead at People First Consultants Pvt Ltd from March 2012 to February 2019. Educationally, Narmadha holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Sakthi Mariamman Engineering College (SMEC) obtained between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Dr. MGR-Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women, completed from 2006 to 2009.
