Sushel K. Bijganath

Sushel K. Bijganath has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sushel K. is currently the Founder & CEO of Talentship.io, a company that specializes in extending and scaling tech teams quickly for European technology companies. Prior to this, Sushel served as the Non Executive Chairman and Founder & CEO of Learnship, a technology company focused on improving language and behavioral skills for global teams.

Before their roles at Learnship, Sushel held executive positions at RTL Online, a division of RTL Interactive, Germany, where they served as CEO and oversaw one of Germany's leading internet portfolios. Sushel K. also worked at RTL Group Germany as the SVP Head of Strategy & Business Development, focusing on digital strategy for the television group.

Earlier in their career, Sushel worked at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Chairman, managing strategic projects and coordinating board meetings. Sushel K. also worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they conducted projects in the TMT sector, including mergers and acquisitions in the music industry and telco industry. Sushel K. spent time in London working on projects across Europe during their tenure at The Boston Consulting Group.

Sushel K. Bijganath earned an MSc in Politics of Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1997.
