Johanna Lobo

Johanna Lobo's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Johanna started their career as a Research Assistant at Santa Clara University Cognition Lab in 2011, where they conducted data analysis and presented research at a national convention. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Admissions Representative at the Academy of Art University, assisting students with enrollment and course planning. In 2013, they joined Talentsky and held multiple positions, starting as an Associate in Professional Services and Business Development, where they worked on executive recruiting and client meetings. Johanna then became a Manager of Talent Acquisition, responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates. After that, they served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources and Operations, overseeing pre-employment requirements and new hire orientations. Currently, they hold the role of VP of Business Operations at Talentsky, leading HR and people operations.

Johanna Lobo holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
