Leander N.

Leander N. is a Senior Software Engineer at DBOS, Inc., beginning in July 2024. Previously, Leander served as a Senior Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead at OtterTune, where responsibilities included managing a team of five developers and enhancing product and user experience. As a Co-Founder of Founder Buddies, Leander developed a platform for connecting female entrepreneurs using NextJS, Typescript, and MySQL. At Kialo, Leander contributed to an educational debate platform with over 500,000 users, focusing on feature development and mentoring. Leander’s earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the Hasso Plattner Institute, where multi-threaded performance was significantly improved for an open-source database project. Leander holds a Master of Science in IT-Systems Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute and has additional academic experience from the University of Tartu.
