David Tedone has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2009. David began their career at Lockheed Martin as an Engineering Planner. After two years in this role, they moved to Pyramid Pharma as a Strategy Consultant. In 2017, they joined IBM as a Managing Consultant, and in 2020 they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at TalentUp Africa. During their time at Lockheed Martin, they were a Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing, a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and a participant in the Operations Leadership Development Program. At IBM, they were the Business Process Optimization Lead for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund and the Business Process Re-engineer Lead for the National Archive and Records Administration. At TalentUp Africa, they are responsible for managing program/product development, sales, and marketing, as well as developing execution strategies, financial models, and integrated master schedules.
David Tedone has a diverse educational background. David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oxford, a Graduate Certificate in Operations Leadership & Organizational Management from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, and a Spanish Language & Culture degree from Universidad de Salamanca. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in July 2017, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from Lockheed Martin, and Cost/Control Account Manager (CAM) from Lockheed Martin.
