Dr. Cecilia Värendh Månsson

Dr. Cecilia Värendh Månsson has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2014, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Responsible / Expansion support at H&M and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. Dr. Cecilia also served as a Project Assistant for the Swedish-American Life Science Summit in 2014. In 2016, they served as a Consultant for Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2017, they joined the Global Shapers Community as a Member. In 2020, they became a Fellow at the World Economic Forum and a Founder / CEO at TalentUp Africa. In this role, they identified a market gap through research, created a business brand, and created an entry strategy. Dr. Cecilia also recruited and led a local and international team, and conducted fundraising activities. In 2021, they became an Entrepreneurship Tutor at Creative Destruction Lab, a Postdoctoral Research Affiliate at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Board Member at SUNDAIL Global.

Dr. Cecilia Värendh Månsson has a comprehensive education history. Dr. Cecilia attended ProCivitas High School from 2004 to 2006, studying Business Administration and Management, General. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics. In 2011, they were a visiting student at the University of Oxford, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Management and Theirtory of Art. Dr. Cecilia also attended two summer universities at the Université Côte d'Azur in 2010 and 2011, studying Intermediate French and Advanced French and French Literature, respectively. In 2015 and 2016, they earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Visiting Fellow at the Wharton School, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Theory/ Entrepreneurship. Finally, they are currently a Visiting Fellow at Harvard Business School, where they are earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management, General.
