Vanessa Marisse Roaring is currently serving as the Talent Insights and Experience Lead at TalentView. Prior to this, Vanessa Marisse held positions at Center for Educational Measurement, Inc. and IBM, where Vanessa Marisse gained experience in research and HR talent programs. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Education Major in Measurement and Evaluation from Miriam College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Santo Tomas.
