Sharon Markowski, CCWP has over three decades of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. Sharon currently serves as the Vice President of Alliances at TalentWave, a company that specializes in government compliance for independent workers. Sharon joined TalentWave in November 2016 and has been instrumental in leveraging their award-winning iConnect technology platform to deliver superior customer service.

Prior to joining TalentWave, Sharon held various leadership positions at Adecco Group, including Account Vice President for National Account Management and Vice President of the MSP Account Portfolio at Pontoon Solutions. In these roles, they focused on expanding client accounts, improving program efficiency, and delivering exceptional service. At Randstad Sourceright US, Sharon served as the Vice President of MSP Delivery, where they provided leadership for managed service programs across the United States.

Sharon's career also includes tenure at Randstad Managed Services Formerly GMS, where they served as the National Director of MSP Delivery. Sharon successfully led multiple MSP programs and actively participated in the sales process, resulting in the implementation of two new programs.

In addition to their extensive experience in staffing and managed services, Sharon also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Strataforce, Road Dog Drivers. During their time there, they implemented a sales strategy that significantly increased revenue and expanded the company's presence in new markets.

Sharon's career began in 1989 at Adecco Employment Services, where they served as an Area Vice President. Sharon was responsible for multiple branch offices and onsite programs, and they received multiple SuperStar awards for their leadership and staff development.

Sharon Markowski, CCWP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from East Carolina University. Sharon attended the university from 1980 to 1984. Prior to their college education, they obtained a high school diploma from Bayside High School, attending from 1977 to 1980. In 2013, Sharon Markowski earned the certification of Certified Contingent Workforce Professional from Staffing Industry Analysts.
