Before this, Oleg co-founded and led Escalante Aero, creating a drone-operated delivery service from the ground up. Oleg's freelance work involved user research and product strategies for numerous digital and physical products, while previous roles at Red Square LLC and OH APP included leading teams to develop innovative products with significant user engagement. Oleg's background also features involvement in high-profile projects, such as the award-winning R1 tram prototype, and roles in academia, imparting knowledge in project management and production technologies. Oleg holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
