Andrew Harmati

Andrew Harmati is the co-founder and CEO of TalentWorldGroup Plc since 2018. In this role, they aim to build a unique global community and the best international talent team. Andrew is also responsible for transforming the startup Freelusion Inc. into a global leading provider from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Business Development in Intl. Business Process Outsourcing from 2015 to 2018. Andrew was also the COO of Global Operations at PocketGuide Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Andrew Harmati has experience in project management and organizational development as the Deputy Project Director of PMI Frankfurt Chapter e.V. from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, they held various roles at Stamford Global, including Director of Trainings & Conferences and Key Account Manager - Ericsson Global Account. Andrew started their career in the US Army, where they served as the FMPP Operations Manager from 1997 to 2003.

Andrew Harmati attended LSU Shreveport from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study.
