Vladimir Avramov

Vladimir Avramov is an experienced technology and operations leader currently serving as COO of Talentwunder GmbH, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and collaborating with the product team on software architecture. As Managing Director of Osterus since August 2020, Vladimir oversees the Serbian team and directs platform development. Previous roles include Member of the Board Of Advisors at OceanOps, Co-Founder and CTO of a tech venture, and Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler. With a background in software architecture, business development, and innovation, Vladimir founded Yellow Quince and contributed to game development at Wooga, while also gaining significant experience in operational consultancy and team leadership in various tech-focused roles. A graduate of Univerzitet u Novom Sadu with a degree in Computer Science, Vladimir’s educational background further supports a solid foundation in technology and business.
