Meghan Nelson began their career in 2020 as a Social Media Assistant at The Hour.co. In this role, they specialized in providing highly skilled virtual employees for personal or business needs, serving countries such as USA, UK, Canada, China, South Africa, and Israel. In 2022, they joined Talenya as an AI Sourcing - Product Manager. In this role, they worked to innovate and transform the recruiting industry with a cloud database of over 1.6bn records and proprietary AI.

Meghan Nelson completed their MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis International University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Business Administration and Management, General from Pacific University Udaipur between 2013 and 2016.
