Michael Paton is an experienced Executive Recruitment Consultant currently with Talenza since February 2021, specializing in Software and Testing recruitment. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at The Transformation Group, as well as an Officer in the Australian Army since March 2017.
