Trevor Kallies

Trevor Kallies is an experienced Bar & Beverage Manager at JOEY Restaurant Group since March 2024, and has served as Beverage Director for Science of Cocktails since February 2016, overseeing cocktail development for more than 30 serving stations and managing a large team to facilitate Vancouver's premier cocktail event. As President of the Canadian Professional Bartenders Association since February 2013 and CAP Manager for Tales of the Cocktail Foundation from February 2011, Trevor plays a significant role in promoting the craft of bartending. Previously, from July 2005 to February 2024, Trevor held the position of Bar & Beverage Director with Freehouse Collective. Trevor's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia and certifications as a Certified Spirits Specialist, along with training from Maison Pernod and Prud'Homme.
