Kimberley Neal has over 18 years of professional experience. Kimberley began their career in 1992 as a Residential Associate Manager at Stonebelt Center, where they were responsible for the care of seven mentally/physically handicapped adults, including their personal, educational, and medical care, as well as scheduling activities and managing finances. From 1997 to 2003, they worked as a Client Services Specialist/Telecom Specialist at HQ Global Workplaces, where they were responsible for distribution and completion of client MS Office and desktop publishing projects, e-mail of some clients, leasing, telephone installation, telephone/voicemail system maintenance and backup, basic computer maintenance, networking and troubleshooting, basic employee and tenant computer and phone training and assistance, scheduling meetings, assisting with catering, managing supplies, switchboard and reception area coverage, and other duties as requested. Kimberley then worked at Avnet, Inc. from 2003 to 2007 as an Operations Mgr, Oracle Applications, where they were responsible for Oracle partner recruitment and on-boarding, partner and internal training, day-to-day business needs, credit/financial reviews, order entry and processing, contract renewals, and forecasting. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Avnet Technology Solutions as an Acct Manager - Oracle, where they were responsible for the day-to-day business needs, partner recruitment and on-boarding, partner and internal team training, assisting with technical/product knowledge, and other duties as needed. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Safeco as a Services Support (temp) and at Avnet Electronics Marketing as a Product Specialist, Defense/Aero and Product Manager. In their role as Product Manager, they were responsible for supplier relationships with particular emphasis on pricing, registrations, and product training, coordinating with the sales team in submitting, quoting, and approving special bids, monitoring and renewal of approved debits, scheduling and facilitating supplier trainings, conducting supplier business reviews, and managing business intelligence reports. Most recently, from 2015 to 2018, they worked at Rathsburg Associates as an Inside Sales Specialist. Kimberley is currently employed as a Client Success Manager at Talevation since 2018.

Kimberley Neal completed their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington in 1994. Kimberley then pursued additional training in Insurance & Securities from Kaplan Financial.
