Erica Conway

Erica Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erica is currently serving as a Co-Founder at Talimer, a human-centric marketplace that connects tech innovators with enterprises. Prior to this, they were the Owner of C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions, a creative staffing firm and Adobe Authorized Training Center. At C2, they provided industry-driven training for creative professionals and sourced qualified talent for staffing needs. Erica also worked at MacPros Inc, where they handled sales, staffing, and administrative responsibilities. Erica worked as a Cocktail Waitress/Bartender at the Miller Park .300 Club and served as an Area Director at Indiana State University, Department of Residence Life. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Hall Director at Eastern Washington University, Department of Residential Life.

Erica Conway attended Michigan State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Communications. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in Journalism (PR) and Spanish. Their education journey began at Mukwonago High School, where they completed their high school studies from 1984 to 1988.
